Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist, based in Tampa, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, recommending appropriate insurance products, and creating customized financial strategies to secure their future. You will work closely with individuals, families, and businesses, offering expert guidance in health and life insurance, as well as other financial services. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales, with a strong understanding of health and life insurance products
- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Experience with Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes, including policy analysis and claims support
- Knowledge of Health Insurance and related services that support comprehensive financial planning
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with self-motivation and discipline
- State Insurance License or ability to obtain one within the specified time frame
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
