Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Mount Laurel, NJ involves working directly with individuals, families, and businesses to assess their financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, explaining products and strategies in clear terms, and helping clients develop plans for saving, protection, and retirement income. The role also includes following up on client inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and staying current on industry trends and company offerings. Team members collaborate with colleagues, participate in training sessions, and uphold regulatory and ethical standards while delivering customer-focused service.
