This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Representative based in Bowie, MD, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Insurance Representative will be responsible for selling insurance products, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding clients in planning their financial future. Day-to-day responsibilities include building long-term relationships with clients, consulting on insurance and financial solutions, and effectively communicating information about Transamerica's broad range of products to meet customer needs.

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Finance and financial planning concepts
• Proven experience delivering high-quality Customer Service and building client relationships
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Experience or licensing in insurance or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
