Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Texas. This role is vital for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our mission of providing exceptional transportation services. The Accounting Clerk will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all accounting practices.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis.
• Assist with payroll management and related financial tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Support month-end closing processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide assistance during audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred or related expereince.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
