Reports To: Site Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Office Manager supports daily campus operations and the student experience at CDS. This role is responsible for student enrollment support, documentation, compliance coordination, and general office administration. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct student orientations and explain program rules and expectations
- Enroll students into training programs and track progress throughout training
- Maintain regular communication with students from enrollment through graduation
- Coordinate student drug screens, DOT physicals, and required documentation
- Audit compliance results and escalate issues when needed
- Process learner/driver permits and graduation verifications
- Complete exit interviews and graduation paperwork
- Work with partner agencies to process vouchers and documentation
- Enter and maintain student information in internal and partner databases
- Support the Site Operations Manager with student records and compliance tracking
- Maintain organized office systems, files, and supplies
- Assist with general administrative and office support duties
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of administrative or office support experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
