As a Route Driver, you’ll be entrusted with the safe, secure, and timely transportation of oocytes and embryos between Satellite Centers and Trans Ova laboratories. Your work ensures continuity of care, scientific integrity, and outstanding service for our partners nationwide.
This position reports directly to the Site and Logistics Managers. You will work closely with team leads, warehouse coordinators, customer service, operations, and professional services teams to support the effective movement of materials and inventory accuracy across the network.

Responsibilities
- Operating a company-owned vehicle to pick up and deliver sensitive biological materials
- Planning efficient routes to maximize time and equipment use
- Providing exceptional customer service during every interaction
- Following all safety, legal, and security protocols to the highest standard
- Monitoring vehicle condition and reporting maintenance needs
- Representing Trans Ova with a professional, polished image
- Supporting other logistics and operations duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Previous delivery, logistics, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities and excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to drive and adapt to changes in the dynamic environment
- Excellent time management to meet critical deadlines in the fast-paced industry
- Ability to sit and drive for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance and peripheral vision and the ability to focus
