Lead Social & Content Strategy:
- Develop and manage our social media strategy across platforms.
- Plan content, set cadence, and establish tone.
- Work with internal teams to capture authentic stories from the field—projects, people, equipment, milestones.
- Focus on credibility, clarity, and culture over trends or gimmicks.
Support Business Development:
- Partner closely with business development and leadership on proposals, presentations, and client‑facing materials.
- Help shape pursuit narratives, capability statements, project highlights, and one‑off materials for client meetings.

- Handle logistics, vendors, signage, and materials.
- Ensure events feel intentional, on‑brand, and aligned with the audience—whether it’s a utility client or an industry peer.
Environmental Graphics & Physical Brand:
- Oversee branding in physical spaces: offices, jobsites, signage, wall graphics, and displays.
- Coordinate with designers, fabricators, and installers to deliver durable, high‑quality results that make sense in industrial environments.
Manage Partners:
- Work with outside agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and event vendors.
- Know when to outsource and when to handle things in‑house.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing, brand management, or communications.
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience managing multiple projects without needing constant direction.
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and with teams in the field.

- Events are well‑run, purposeful, and aligned with who we are.
- Leadership doesn’t have to worry about brand execution—it’s handled.
Why This Role Matters:
This is a build‑and‑own role, not a maintenance job. You’ll have visibility, responsibility, and the opportunity to shape how a growing company presents itself to clients, partners, and employees. If you like owning your work and seeing it show up in the real world, this role will suit you well.
