Receive, store, pick and issue parts to production via push carts or non-PIV equipment

Minimum Qualifications:
Attention to detail Strong Communication Skills Teamwork & Flexibility when team needs dictate Oracle/Inventory experience Understanding of Warehouse Operations (RIP v Heijunka) Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible Able to navigate in Oracle with computer or scanner, as required Able to understand cycle-count procedures and address discrepancies Able to understand and interpret production schedules, sequence sheets and WIP tickets Able to prepare/pull material for delivery to assembly areas Understands what RIP is and it's locations, as well as deliver parts to correct sites Understands the warehouse locater system Understands, accepts, and supports the company's vision and key business goals Responsive to internal and external customer needs Lives the Values: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Innovation, and Courage and always demonstrates Leadership Principals
Qualified Level: Primary focus is demonstrating process knowledge and contributing to overall process improvements

- Is committed to a continuous self-development plan
- Supports team and cross functional activities
- Must complete X1 Safety Fix per Quarter
- Must Complete 4-6 Process Improvements Per Year: Includes any Safety Improvements greater than 4, Quality Activities/Improvements, & JDI, 9SPS, RIE etc.)
- Must be able to complete at least 1-2 other standard works within either a RIP or Heijunka Warehouse and have at least 4 or fewer defects daily
- Can successfully train their own standard work to others
- Sets-up processes without assistance
- Works to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost
- Understands area quality requirements
- Develop working knowledge of area process and complete duties as assigned
- Responsive to internal and external customer needs
- Able to understand impact position has on plant metrics (MPS, OTD, inventory levels, potential overtime)
