The ideal candidate will bring extensive plaintiff-side personal injury experience and play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of a case, from intake to trial.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and file pleadings, discovery demands and responses, subpoenas, motions, and other litigation documentsManage case files from inception through trial, ensuring all materials are organized and up to dateConduct legal research and prepare summaries of medical records, deposition transcripts, and investigative materialsCoordinate and schedule depositions, IMEs, hearings, mediations, and court appearancesMaintain and track case calendars, deadlines, and statute datesCommunicate professionally with clients, experts, court staff, and opposing counselAssist with trial preparation, including preparing trial binders, exhibits, and witness materialsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on plaintiff-side personal injuryDemonstrated knowledge of New York court rules and e-filing systems, including NYSCEF and PACERExceptional written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
