Position Summary:

The Production Worker supports daily operations within a steel fabrication facility by assisting with material handling, machine operation, and general shop tasks. This role is essential to maintaining workflow, safety, and quality standards throughout the production process

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm but hours could vary.

Essential Job Functions:

• May be responsible for operating but not limited to punch presses, drills, and saws.
• Light assembly may be required.
• Forklift experience highly preferred.
• Responsible for working in accordance with our documented Quality System.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and follows all safety policies and procedures.
• May be required by management to perform other reasonable work-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature changes)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
