trak group is partnering with a well-established Monroe-area manufacturer to fill multiple night shift Manufacturing Supervisor openings. With new leadership in place and a deliberate focus on culture and growth, supervisors who join this team can shape the environment they work in—and grow alongside it.

About the Roles:

Two openings are available, each supporting a distinct production area:

• Extrusion — 7:45 PM to 8:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
• Lamination — 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday

What You'll Do:

• Drive accountability across operational, quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports—building capability and ownership at every level
• Own safety culture for your team, including investigations, corrective actions, and Safety Committee participation
• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives rooted in Lean/Six Sigma principles
• Actively contribute to employee selection, hiring, and retention
• Adjust work procedures as needed to meet production schedules

What You Bring:

• 3 years of frontline manufacturing supervisory experience
• Proven ability to set expectations, hold teams accountable, and build a strong team culture
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma—credentials preferred, not required
• Strong organizational skills and a high sense of urgency
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
