Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and evaluate maintenance team members, including scheduling and performance management
- Plan, prioritize, and assign daily maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs to minimize operational disruption
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Partner with production, engineering, and other departments to support operational objectives
- Manage maintenance-related budgets, including labor, parts, and external service contracts
- Recommend and oversee equipment upgrades, replacements and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, 2-3 years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems and work order software (CMMS preferred)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Wokring Conditions:
- Work performed in a manufacturing environment (primarily indoors)
- Day shift schedule (typical hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; adjust as needed)
- May require occasional evening, weekend, or emergency call-in work
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces

- Hourly Rate: $31.00 - $35.00 p/h (based on experience)
