Cloud Product Specialist
Location: Cincinnati, OH (100% Onsite)
Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time
Pay: $90,000–$110,000/year
trak group is partnering with a global industrial technology organization to hire a Cloud Product Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional to combine technical cloud expertise with customer-facing experience. You’ll help support the rollout and adoption of a secure, scalable cloud platform that connects and monitors equipment across multiple customer sites.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to support onboarding, configuration, and feature development—playing a key part in how customers use and adopt modern cloud technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and configuration of cloud-based platforms for industrial connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues (VPN, firewalls, IP routing).
- Assist with customer onboarding, demos, and training.
- Partner with engineering teams to test and improve features.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to product knowledge resources.
- Travel up to 50% for customer site visits and implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Internship or up to 1 year of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (VPNs, IP addressing, firewalls).
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Interest in cloud infrastructure, IIoT, or connected systems.
