Job Overview
We are seeking a Program Director for our 501(c)(3) childcare center.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or CDA is required.
- Experience working with children or in a childcare setting is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid training is a must.
- Must be able to pass background and fingerprint checks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must maintain confidentiality regarding children and families.
- Must be able to provide leadership to Center Staff.
- Must complete MI Registry training.
- Must be able to plan and implement professional development training for Staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
Work Location: In person
