Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. As a BCBA at Training Wheels ABA, you will design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for children with ASD. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and ensuring treatment fidelity. You will also provide training and support to families and caregivers, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing evaluations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including assessment, behavior intervention planning, and implementing evidence-based strategies.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including experience managing and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for caseload management, progress monitoring, and documentation.
- Current BCBA certification and knowledge of behavior analysis ethics and guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, and provide direct and indirect support to clients and staff.
