About the Role
As a Licensed RBT, you will:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD

Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA

Support skill development in communication, play, social skills, and daily living

Document session data accurately in required systems

Collaborate daily with supervising BCBAs and clinic leadership

Maintain professionalism, reliability, and ethical clinical standards
Pay Range
$18.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and ABA tenure.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing

Experience providing ABA therapy to children

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliability and professionalism in a clinic setting

Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift throughout the workday
