What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor position at Training & Treatment Innovations, Inc.?
Provide leadership/direction to multi-disciplinary mental health team. ACT Team provides community-based care to adults with severe mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders. Familiarity with ACT principles and fidelity scales, co-occurring modalities (IDDT), motivational interviewing, DBT and treatment matching protocols a plus. Will carry small caseload. Prior experience and success in providing community-based services to persons with serious mental illness necessary. Exceptional leadership/managerial skills a must. Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling with licensure required.
