Position: Bartender
Trailside Tavern & Patio is seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Check guest identification and comply with all Minnesota alcohol service laws
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest tabs accurately
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service
- Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests both at the bar and throughout the restaurant
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 30 pounds
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must meet all Minnesota alcohol service requirements
