About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our dry cleaning store. This role involves interacting with clients, inspects incoming clothing for damage or stains, and manages order details.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and process pickups or drop-offs.
- Garment Inspection: Check clothes for tears, missing buttons, or stains before cleaning.
- Tagging & Sorting: Label garments accurately to match specific customer orders.
- Quality Control: Review finished items to ensure they meet professional cleaning standards.
