Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of all areas to meet established standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies while maintaining safety protocols.
- Conduct outdoor work as needed for exterior cleaning or maintenance tasks around residential or commercial properties.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding their cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or janitorial cleaning with knowledge of cleaning detergents and surface care.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards and floor cleaning techniques.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work activities.
- Exceptional client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and residential housekeeping standards.
