About us Trailer Sales & Service Associate
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team at Trailer Boss in Lacey, WA, a reputable trailer store. This position involves working with customers, selling trailers, assembling trailer components (such as couplers, jacks, and wheels), and assisting with parts and service needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell trailers and related products to customers.
- Use CRM software to follow up with customers via calls and texts, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Meet monthly sales quotas.
- Assist customers with trailer parts, repairs, and service needs.
- Assemble trailer components, including couplers, jacks, and wheels.
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while effectively handling downtime.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, occasionally busy environment.
- Previous trailer experience is a plus.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a significant advantage!
- Willingness to follow up with customers using calls, texts, and CRM tools.
- Must be able to meet monthly sales targets.
Schedule:
- Split shifts with one weekday off and Sundays off (we are closed on Sundays).
