Part-Time Morning

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM
• Minimum 17.5 hours per week

Part-Time Afternoon

• Monday-Friday
• 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
• Minimum 17.5 hours per week

Full-Time

• Monday-Friday
• 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Minimum 35 hours per week

Success in This Role:

Within your first few months, you'll develop the skills and confidence to safely and independently provide exceptional transportation service to our customers.

Through comprehensive hands-on training, you'll learn our service area, vehicle operations, passenger assistance procedures, safety protocols, technology systems, and customer service expectations.

As you gain experience, you'll become a trusted and familiar face to the people who rely on Trailblazer Transit.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate Trailblazer Transit vehicles.
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and transportation-related needs.
• Maintain schedules and operate vehicles efficiently.
• Complete required daily inspections and paperwork.
• Utilize onboard technology and communication systems.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management staff.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications Required:

• Valid Minnesota driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Minnesota Class C Commercial Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement (Trailblazer provides training).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and navigate service areas.
• Meet Federal DOT physical requirements.

Employment Requirements:

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test.
• Successful completion of required background and driving record checks.
