Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and determine selection criteria.
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with HR Generalists and department leads.
- Represent TPD at career fairs, university events, and industry networking opportunities to enhance employer branding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate metrics or reports for HR leadership.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to develop recruitment materials, enhance social media presence, and promote company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain awareness of current recruiting trends and best practices.
- May be required to travel to other offices or recruitment events in and out of state.
- Perform such other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience in an engineering, architectural, or professional services environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license.
- PHR/SHRM-CP or AIRS certification is preferred
Hourly Rate: $27/hour - $31/hour
