Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!


Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and determine selection criteria.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities in coordination with HR Generalists and department leads.
  • Represent TPD at career fairs, university events, and industry networking opportunities to enhance employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate metrics or reports for HR leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and HR teams to develop recruitment materials, enhance social media presence, and promote company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain awareness of current recruiting trends and best practices.
  • May be required to travel to other offices or recruitment events in and out of state.
  • Perform such other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in an engineering, architectural, or professional services environment preferred
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • PHR/SHRM-CP or AIRS certification is preferred

Hourly Rate: $27/hour - $31/hour
