Ultimately, this position plays a pivotal role in enabling the company to leverage technology for competitive advantage and improved project delivery outcomes nationwide.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in leadership roles with a focus on systems integration, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale integration projects involving ERP and construction management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Experience with construction-specific software platforms such as Vista Viewpoint.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Certifications related to project management (PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Experience working in a multi-state or national construction company with complex operational structures.
