Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and scalability across all departments.
- Lead large-scale change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and organizational growth.
- Oversee operations management, including process improvement, project management, and program execution to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization.
- Supervise senior leadership teams, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 7 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role (required)
- Proven track record managing multiple large-scale commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and cost control
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with construction management software
