Traffic Signal Laborer
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our crew. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks on construction sites to support others and ensure projects run smoothly. Ideal candidates will exhibit good working habits, show initiative, and possess the desire and willingness to be trained.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barricades, and unloading materials.
- Reports any issues to General Foreperson involving maintenance of trucks or equipment.
- Load and unload materials & distribute them to appropriate locations.
- Dig trenches, compact earth, and perform basic demolition tasks.
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Assemble and dismantle temporary structures.
- Help maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Operate hand and power tools of all types.
- Perform other related and non-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to learn how to accurately read plans and specifications.
- Comfortable working outside in various climates.
- Must possess a current DOT Medical Card or acquire one as part of pre-employment screening.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Pre-Screen:
- Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- Valid Driver's license required.
- CDL Preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel within the State of Florida as needed.
