Construction Project Manager

OVERVIEW:

Traditions of America - a national leader in the development of 55 lifestyle communities - seeks a motivated and highly organized Construction Project Manager for our Rose Ridge community in Allison Park, PA. In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, the Construction Project Manager will oversee the home building process from start to finish. You will be the primary onsite manager of a multi-million dollar residential development and work one-on-one with subcontractors and homebuyers, alike. Opportunities to interact directly with Executive Management Team. This position has significant room for advancement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversight of all aspects of the residential construction process, including scheduling and supervision of subs and trade partners
• Regular customer interaction and relations
• Quality control and code compliance inspections, including job safety compliance to OSHA and SWPPP standards
• Material ordering and management
• Managing warranty and service work assignments
• Ensuring site cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior residential construction experience - 2 years minimum
• Ability to read blueprints and perform labor, tech and punch-out work when necessary
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Minimum 2 years industry experience with proven ability to lead a team

SALARY:
Competitive compensation package, salary commensurate with industry experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
