Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry items
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry pieces
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and industry knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds, including those who speak Spanish or other languages
- Strong knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
- Proficient in using electronic devices for wireless sales or electronics sales
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
