Maintenance Worker

WE ARE TRADITIONAL: A progressive company with offices in downtown Los Angeles, California that has extensive experience in all areas of the legal cannabis industry. We have developed world-class facilities and vertically integrated businesses for the production, manufacturing, distribution, and sale of cannabis.

POSITION

We are seeking a motivated, reliable and skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will have significant work experience and solid technical knowledge. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs.
• Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment, or appliances.
• Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Maintain grounds, service, clean and properly store equipment
• Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, repairing electrical and safety systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
• Test the functionality of the facility's safety systems
• Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions
• Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress

QUALIFICATION/PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.
• Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Extremely organized with good communication skills.
• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Reliable transportation
