Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing
Service Location: Moscow, Pa
Shift:  Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm) (5pm-9pm), Saturday 3pm - 9pm, Sunday 11am- 7pm
Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Immediate Need: 
Moscow, Pa- Monday through Friday 7am to 4:30pm for school and summer hours would be 8:00am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements

Locations served:

• Daleville, Pa
• Crestwood, Pa
• Mount Cobb, Pa
