Service Location: Nanticoke, Pa; Hazleton, PA
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Immediate Need
Hazleton, Pa - Monday through Friday 7:15am to 3:15pm (g-tube care)
Nanticoke, Pa - Open Schedule Hours (trach care, g-tube care, vent care)

- One to One patient care in home/school environment
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
- Patient assessments; coordination of care
- Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
