Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty Nursing
Service Location: Hegins, PA; Pottsville, PA
Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $28-$32 per hour
Immediate Need:Part time Days M-F, night shift Sunday-Saturday

Responsibilities:
- One to One patient care in home/school environment
- Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
- Patient assessments; coordination of care
- Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Available Nursing Shifts:
- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
