Shift(s): Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (5-7 visits daily) Part-time and full-time schedules available!
Job Location: Carbondale, PA and surrounding areas
Our CNAs see patients in the most ideal setting - where the patient resides!
Our offices are located in Dunmore, PA and East Stroudsburg, PA. At Traditional, we do our best to schedule CNA visits within a sensible geographic territory everyday.

Job Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To The Following
- Administers personal care and ADL assistance to patients according to the individual's care plan.
- Reports patient status changes to nursing supervisor on a continuous basis.
- Prepares, maintains and submits documentation as required in a thorough and timely manner.
- Current Pennsylvania certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
- Must have a current PA driver’s license
- Ability to travel to multiple patient assignments daily
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
