Journeyman (Pipefitter, Welder B, Millwright, Ductworker)
Reports To: Foreman Experience: 2–5 years
Role Summary
Executes trade work independently and consistently per drawings and schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform installation and fabrication per plans
- Maintain personal hand tools
- Identify and report scope or drawing conflicts
- Support Apprentice Level Personnel as assigned
Pay Band
- Negotiable (Hourly Overtime)
Performance Expectations (Measurable)
Quality: Rework rate- 3% per project
- Productivity: Meets assigned production targets
- Safety: Zero safety violations
- Independence: Requires minimal daily supervision
