Account Executive (Sales & Recruiting)
This is a remote role but required to be based in the state of Arizona.

We’re hiring an Account Executive who thrives in a hybrid role across business development and recruiting. This position owns the full lifecycle—from winning new clients to sourcing and placing skilled trades professionals on active job sites.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Sales & Recruiting Cycle - manage the entire process from prospecting new clients to sourcing, screening, and placing qualified tradespeople.
- Drive New Business - Actively prospect, cold call, and develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers across your territory.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships - Serve as a trusted partner to clients by understanding workforce needs, providing solutions, and ensuring consistent delivery.
- Recruit Skilled Trades Talent - Source, screen, and place candidates across construction, skilled trades, and light industrial roles while maintaining a strong pipeline.
- Ensure Jobsite Success & Safety - Conduct site visits, safety check-ins, and maintain alignment with client expectations and compliance standards.
- Problem Solve in Real Time - Own issues as they arise—whether it’s a no-show, performance concern, or shifting client demand—and resolve quickly.
