We are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales and increase the organization's book of business. The right candidate can hit sales goals, communicate effectively with current and potential clientele, and represent the organization in the most favorable and professional way. This is a junior level role, but as a startup organization there is fast paced growth opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers and business clients
- Learn consultative sales strategies
- Participate in daily team training and mentorship sessions
- Assist with customer acquisition and account support
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ideal Candidates:
- Will be able to travel regularly
- College students or May 2026 graduates
- Strong communication skills
- Competitive mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Entrepreneurial or leadership mentality is a plus
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
