Responsibilities

- Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste while maintaining freshness and safety standards.
- Plan menus that align with dietary requirements, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients, emphasizing creativity and variety.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to uphold the highest levels of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Coordinate shift management, including scheduling, training new team members, and overseeing daily operations to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver outstanding food service experiences that exceed guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing kitchen teams and leading food production operations.
- Knowledge of dietary department standards and experience handling special dietary needs.
- Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling regulations.
- Experience in banquet service, event catering, or large-scale food service environments is highly desirable.
