Role Description This is a full-time, remote Project Manager role. The Project Manager will oversee signage projects from initiation through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include managing timelines and deliverables, tracking materials and logistics, and ensuring all permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met. The role involves communicating regularly with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and address issues proactively. The Project Manager will also monitor quality, resolve field challenges, and support continuous improvement in processes, documentation, and project reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management (e.g., Project Management).
- Experience with expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services (e.g., Expeditor, Expediting).
- Background in coordinating logistics and supply chain activities for multi-phase projects (e.g., Logistics Management).
