Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Waco, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating between departments to address customer needs, developing tailored solutions to meet client requirements, and actively pursuing business development opportunities. This role also encompasses monitoring and reporting on client account performance and ensuring the delivery of services meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in account management, relationship building, and client satisfaction with a customer-focused approach.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities, including the coordination of services and resolution of client issues.
- Experience in aviation services, aircraft management, or related fields would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in operational planning, reporting, and using software tools relevant to account management.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent service and attention to detail in all client interactions.
- Commercial Pilot plus CFI-I/MEI with 1000 TT
- 200 hours in one or more of the following aircraft: Cessna 172/182 - Cirrus SR20-22/T - Piper PAxx-46
- 250 hours dual given
