We are looking for an Experienced & friendly Account Manager - Sales Professional that will expand our customer portfolio and support our current clients . Our customer base is creative people & we serve the designers and makers Globally.
Responsibilities:
We desire Proven Customer Service Experience.
Building and maintaining solid working relationships with both new and existing customers. Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company products. This can be organized through Zoom or Skype or at other Video Platforms.
Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
Following up with customers to confirm their purchase meets their expectations.
Proven customer service - sales support experience min 2- 3 years
-The ability to work independently.
-Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills including customer complaint resolution.
- Knowledge of Outlook necessary
- CRM or other Customer systems- we can train
- QB on-line - We can train
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - Part time.
Experience:
Sales: A Few years desired
Distribution: Desired
Craft and Hobby or Related Product Experience Is a plus but not required
Education: High school or Associate
Compensation : Base hourly, plus commission/bonus. 401K after 1000 hours worked
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
