Project Administrator - Now Hiring

Overview:

The Project Administrator provides administrative support for the Industrial Storage Division and assists with the coordination of daily storage and project activities. This position maintains accurate records, manages documentation, supports material tracking, and communicates with internal teams, customers, and project personnel to help ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate project, material, and storage documentation according to company and customer requirements.
• Process, organize, and distribute documents, including drawings, reports, receiving records, and other project documentation.
• Maintain records in company databases and other applicable systems.
• Provide administrative support for material receiving, storage, release, and distribution of materials.
• Assist project and storage personnel with document retrieval, reporting, formatting, and other administrative requests.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information.
• Maintain document check-in/check-out and hardcopy distribution as needed.
• Attend meetings as needed and prepare meeting notes or minutes.
• Identify and communicate project or operational issues to management.
• Comply with all Company Core Safety Rules, policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3 years of related administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
