This is a part-time position (approx. 15 hours/week) with flexible remote work and regular in-person event support in St. Petersburg.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and update membership data, renewals, and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Draft and send communications including emails, newsletters, and event announcements
- Coordinate meeting and event logistics, including onsite setup, registration, and member support
- Provide administrative support including data entry, reporting, and follow-up
- Assist with tracking attendance, payments, and basic financial records
- Support ongoing projects by identifying next steps, managing timelines, and ensuring follow-through

- Reliable transportation and ability to attend in-person events (some early mornings/evenings)
- Interest in nonprofit or association work is a plus

- Experience with Adobe Express (basic design/content creation)
- Familiarity with Wild Apricot or similar membership platforms
- Experience with Constant Contact or other email marketing tools
