Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rhinelander, WI, for a Financial and Administrative Assistant at Track Inc. The Financial and Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks that include providing administrative support, managing clerical duties, maintaining organized records, assisting with financial operations, ensuring smooth communication processes, and supporting executive-level administrative needs. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficiency in administrative and financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Clerical Skills, including maintaining and organizing records
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
- Experience in financial assistance or accounting is a plus
- Associates degree
or higher education preferred or
- highschool with 5 years prooven administration experience considered.
