Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Employee who has general carpentry, mechanical, and building maintenance skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Painting - interior and exterior
- Cleaning tasks
- Mechanical tasks
- General carpentry
- Landscaping & Mowing
- Building maintenance/upkeep
- Various tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Maintenance/Facilities experience
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
Physical Requirements:
- Use of various facilities and repair tools/equipment
- Prolonged periods walking, being on your feet
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at a time
