Product Analyst 60 - 65K/ year
Tracera is in search of a passionate Software Product Analyst with 2 years of experience in Sustainability or product management. In this role, you will own features related to our greenhouse gas calculation and reporting products. This includes working with Sales & Customer Success to understand requirements, develop designs, and then working with Engineering teams to build new features and optimize UIUX. Your role will progress to own new product lines as Tracera continues to grow its software capabilities.
Our goal is to make operational data collection and reporting easy, efficient, and enjoyable. We help sustainability teams focus on driving meaningful impact in Environmental, Social, and Governance domains rather than getting bogged down with reporting tasks.
How did Tracera come about?
Tracera is an AI-enabled Sustainability Data Platform designed to automate the ESG data gathering process and provide real-time insights into ESG factors. This software makes ESG reporting and decision making seamless by optimizing extraction, validation, and transformation of relevant data. It is built from the ground up with auditability in mind.

What will I be doing?
You will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients on their sustainability journeys and creating best-in-class sustainability software.
To be more specific, you will:
Product Management for the Tracera Platform
- Own the end-to-end product management of the Tracera platform.
- Prioritize new features based on business objectives, client feedback, and user research.
- Define detailed feature requirements and clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to bring new features to life.
- Lead QA efforts and ensure seamless client onboarding for newly launched features.
Customer Success and Platform Quality
- Drive enhancements to the customer product experience through proactive feedback and iteration.
- Support customer success teams in bug triage, prioritization, and resolution.
- Champion the voice of the customer to ensure the platform continuously meets client needs.
Solution Design based on Competitor, Market, and Customer research
- Ensure our product remains competitive through market & competitor research
- Design end-to-end product offerings including pricing for Sales & Customer Success teams to leverage
- Define detailed quarterly and vision driven annual roadmaps
