Job Responsibilities
Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Contracts Manager to support the EAGLE-I contract in Tampa, FL.
The Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- The Contracts Manager administers the prime contract end-to-end: award through closeout.
- Manages mods/options/funding, Ts&Cs, deliverables/CDRLs, and correspondence;
- ensures FAR/DFARS/clause compliance.
- Prepares/negotiates agreements, supports proposals, and aligns with PM/Finance on ceilings, burn, and fee.
- Oversees invoice acceptance (WAWF/PIEE), maintains audit-ready files, tracks risks/issues, and supports customer reviews and data calls (DCMA/IGCEs).
- Owns templates, clause libraries, and approval gates; provides clear status to leadership.
- Other duties as required.
- Secret security clearance
- 7 years of experience in contracts, subcontractors, and procurement in domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) environments
- 7 years of management experience that includes contracts, program management, project budgets, staff and equipment resource allocation, technical and cost proposals
- Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and the application of the terms and conditions appropriate for different contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ)
- Possesses detailed knowledge of source selection/evaluation process including cost and price analysis.
- 30 years of experience in contracts, subcontractors, and procurement in domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) environments
- 20 years of management experience that includes contracts, program management, project budgets, staff and equipment resource allocation, technical and cost proposals
- High School Diploma
