What you’ll accomplish- Own setups for fully documented repeat jobs across mills and lathes
- Program from scratch and make surgical edits to G-code/M-code
- Run first articles to exact print specification
- Perform manual inspections to the inspection sheet criteria and close the loop with documentation
- Read complex blueprints and apply advanced GD&T principles
- Operate several machines simultaneously as a production cell
- Leverage trigonometry and geometry for advanced shop problem-solving
- Coach, mentor, and train operators
- Pitch in with other duties as assigned
