Position overview
The Warehouse Associate role plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and proper receiving and preparation of shipments to meet customer needs. In this role, you'll operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and perform tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping — all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Be able to pass a ride-on electric pallet jack assessment on the first shift
- Move and stage pallets safely using an electric pallet jack
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory and report discrepancies
- Meet daily pick and productivity targets
