Position overview
As an On-Site Supervisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between Traba's workforce and our client's on-site leadership team. You will manage day-to-day worker support, coordinate onboarding and scheduling, and ensure smooth communication between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's internal operations team. This role requires professionalism, bilingual communication (English/Spanish), and the ability to build strong relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Experience with warehouse operations, including electric pallet jack operators and inventory auditing, is a plus. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in a structured interview process to assess skills, experience, and fit for the role.
Responsibilities
- Worker & Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring timely updates, feedback, and support.
- On-Site Coordination: Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins; coordinate interviews and schedules for new hires, including forklift and electric pallet jack operators.
- Worker Support & Performance: Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
- Communication & Reporting: Act as the bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams—communicating key updates, attendance issues, or staffing changes clearly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and flag worker performance concerns or site challenges early, and proactively work to resolve them.
- Operational Execution: Support day-to-day site operations, ensuring adequate staffing coverage and a positive worker experience.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
- 1–2 years of experience in staffing, warehouse operations, or on-site account coordination; experience with electric pallet jack operations or inventory auditing a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (email and in-person).
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent Traba to both workers and client stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments.
